I'm new and not aware of the places in Rome, NY things can get done, yet but I do know Just Teasin is where I'm getting my haircut from now on. Julie made a special appointment for me, got me in,. did a great job and sent me on my way without a care in the world, except for the elevator. Do NOT use the elevator, but get to Just Teasin'!
